WHAT TO EXPECT
In my classes, you can expect to hear Sanskrit (ancient yogic language), to learn about and use your drishti (inner vision), the use and practice of pranayama (breath control), meditation, and all eight limbs on the path of yoga, as laid out by Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras. My natural teaching style combines Power Vinyasa, Yin/Restorative, and Yoga Nidra.
